Connie Bradley

Connie Bradley served over three decades with ASCAP Nashville, signing and supporting the careers of Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Billy Currington, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire,
Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, Rascal Flatts, John Rich, George Strait, and Chris Young, among numerous others. A native of Shelbyville, Tennessee, she attended Middle Tennessee State University and began her career as a receptionist at WLAC- TV, followed by stints at RCA Records, Famous Music/Dot Records and Bill Hudson & Associates. She began working for ASCAP in 1976 as the organization's first female membership representative, and four years later was appointed ASCAP Southern Regional executive director.

She helped establish the Music Row Ladies Golf Tournament, raising more than $1 million for United Cerebral Palsy of Middle Tennessee, and co-chaired successful fundraising events for the NSAI Legislative Fund, St. Thomas Women's Breast Center, Gilda's Club, and Baptist Hospital. A past chair of the St. Thomas/Baptist Hospital Health Services Foundation Board, she has also served on the boards of the Country Music Association and the Country Music Foundation. As part of the legendary Bradley Family, Connie was honored with the Leadership Music Dale Franklin Award, and she received the Harmony Award from the Nashville Symphony. Among her many professional accolades are Lady Executive of the Year from the National Women Executives; recognition by the Nashville Women's Political Caucus; inclusion in Business TN's "Power 100" list five years in a row; and a place among Business Nashville's "Music Row 25 Most Powerful Executives." Southern Living dubbed her an Outstanding Southerner, and the 1991 Sourcebook recognized her as the most successful woman in Nashville.
